The Law Firm «Moskalenko & Partners» has won the credit dispute valued UAH 2.2 million.

16.01.2014    The law firm’s team of partners Igor Berdan, Anastasiya Moskalenko and lawyers accompanied the civil litigation of our private client's dispute with «The Joint Stock Bank» Synthesis» for the recovery of 2.2 mln.  Defense was justified by inadmissibility of double liability according to the Art. 61, 124 of the Constitution of Ukraine and an expiration of the terms of limitations and the preceding claim termination of the loan agreement on the initiative of the bank unilaterally. According to our arguments, the Kyiv district court of Odessa ruled to reject bank’s requirements on the 16.01.2014.
