In 2011 Law Firm “Moskalenko & Partners” (Ukraine) and Company “Alex Estates Luxury Properties” (Spain) concluded an agreement on providing of all legal services for the clients of Spanish real estate agency in Ukraine concerning the purchasing and leasing of real estate in Spain.

3. LEGAL SUPPORT TO ONLINE-SHOPS’ BUSINESS.
From 2010 the Law Firm "Moskalenko & Partners", specializes in legal services for Internet businesses and has successfully provided legal services to the e-commerce startups and well-known leading businesses.
In June 2010, we carried out a legal audit of 30 popular online shopping portals rated at the bigmir.net, basing on the results of which we produced a range of conclusions.
Basing on these conclusions, as well as participating in specialized seminars and forums on e-commerce, interviewing managers of online-shops in person on their vital legal matters, we have prepared a comprehensive legal product, "RECOMMENDATIONS FOR OWNERS AND HEADS OF ONLINE-SHOPS ON ORGANISATION AND BUSINESS DEALING LEGAL ISSUES" including detailed coverage of the following questions:
In preparing the Recommendations we have studied about 100 legal acts of Ukraine, as well as a large number of recommendations and actual judicial practice.
These Recommendations are constantly kept up to date by us, taking into account the changes in legislation.
