Moskalenko Says about the Annulment of Decisions of the Governing Bodies of the Societies

February 17, 2010 at the regular meeting of the Committee on Corporate Law of the Ukrainian Bar Association partner of LF "Moskalenko & Partners” told members and guests of the Association about terms and conditions to invalidate the decisions of the governing bodies (the General Assembly, the Board, the Supervisory Board, the Audit Commission etc) of business and non-entrepreneurial societies (legal entities). Ms Moskalenko made the law review and recommendation of sources on the topic, in particular the decisions of the Plenum and the overview of the Supreme Court of Ukraine for consideration of corporate disputes, invalidation of the acts and transactions, conducted a comparative analysis of the Ukrainian, Russian and Belarusian legislation on the subject.
The meeting of the Committee on Corporate Law was attended by officials from the office of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, heads and lawyers of leading law firms. The meeting ended with a lively discussion and exchange of experiences.
